Overview
Aspirating smoke detectors from Securiton are among the most reliable early warning systems for fires.
The Securiton ASD range of Aspirating Smoke Detectors have one of the most powerful fans on the market with over 400 pascals of aspirating under pressure. It is ideal for use in harsh environments such as deep-freeze areas, explosion hazard areas or rooms with high levels of contamination.
The Securiton ASD 533 is a highly sensitive aspirating smoke detection system. Based on the successful Securiton ASD 535 detector, the ASD 533 is well suited for smaller applications, applications with restricted access such as EDP rooms, ultra-clean-rooms, laboratories and prison cells, or in any area where ultra-rapid detection is required such as data centres.
Securiton aspirating smoke detectors are housed in a modern IP54 enclosure and can be configured and serviced from the fire alarm control panel thanks to the “Config over Line” function.

Pipe Lengths
The Securiton ASD 533 supports two pipe networks with a maximum length of up to 200m.
Orientation
The Securiton ASD 533 can be rotated so that the pipe inlets can exit towards the ground or from the top to the ceiling.
Indication
The ASD 533 offers a standard LED display with Alarm, Fault and dusty or dirty indication, and a reset and power button.
