The Morley-IAS Addressable Heat Detector is designed for rapid temperature sensing in fire detection systems, utilising low mass thermistors and microprocessors for efficient operation. This versatile detector can be configured for various heat detection scenarios, offering fixed temperature detection at either 58°C or 78°C. Alternatively, it can function as a rate-of-rise detector with a 58°C threshold and a response to temperature increases of 10°C per minute, with the added flexibility for users to customise heat thresholds.

Housed in a modern white enclosure, the detector features a tri-colour LED that provides 360° visibility for clear status indication. It is available with or without single pole short circuit isolation, enhancing system flexibility. The detector ensures 100% mechanical and electrical backwards compatibility, simplifying integration into existing Morley-IAS systems. It operates effectively across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and in humidity levels from 10% to 93% relative humidity.
