Overview
The Crisis EVC Standalone Master Station is perfect for smaller installations with up to 8 lines. It is easy-to-install, reliable and cost-effective.
The Crisis EVC Standalone Master Station is a self-contained enclosure that houses a master handset, one to four dual line cards, power supply and battery charger. It is made from powder coated zintec with a perspex door covering the handset and can be flush or surface mounted. 20mm cable knock-outs are provided for all necessary cables as well as space for the backup 12V VRSLA battery.
Ideal Solution For Relatively Small Applications
The Crisis EVC Standalone Master Station is a straightforward, effortless solution requiring no prior setup knowledge. It is very easy to install – each outstation is powered by a single radial circuit – perfect for standalone applications requiring up to 8 lines.
Compatible Outstations
All Crisis EVC Outstations are compatible with Crisis EVC Standalone Master Station, this includes: Crisis Type A Outstations, Crisis Type B Outstations, Crisis Type C Outstations and jack points for use in Far and Middle East applications.
Lines auto identify by flashing red for EVCS calls, blue for assist calls or flashing green for connected calls as detailed in BS 5839-9:2021. An accessible toilet and Type B refuge point can share the same line, as the front panel RGB indicators identify which is calling, with refuge overriding emergency assist calls as required by BS 5839-9:2021.
Emergency Assistance Alarms
Crisis emergency voice communication systems combine disabled refuge, fire telephones and emergency assistance alarm systems into one fully-integrated, robust network. This not only delivers significant cost savings but also provides a system that is easy to install, configure and operate. Crisis EVC also has fault-monitored wiring, is fully line powered, and provides battery backup via the master station.
