We’re pleased to share that Honeywell has made a strategic decision to transition to a distributor-based model for its SMS products in the UK & Ireland. As of 1st January 2025, Eurofyre will be the sole authorised distributor.
This change will directly benefit SMS Integrators by improving product availability, technical assistance, and training opportunities, all backed by Eurofyre’s recognised industry expertise and customer support.
Important Notice for SMS Integrators
If you’re an active SMS Integrator, you should have received a direct email from Honeywell on the 5th November regarding this change. Please note the following:
- Existing Orders
- All orders placed in 2024 will be fulfilled by Honeywell and shipped by 31st January 2025.
- New Orders
- Starting 1st January 2025, all new orders must be placed directly through Eurofyre.
- Account Closure
- Your Honeywell trading account will be closed on 31st December 2024 or after the final product shipment.
- Account Opening
- We kindly request that you complete our application form to maintain your access to SMS products and services
- Product Supply
- Eurofyre will maintain a robust stock of SMS products to ensure a reliable supply.
- Other Honeywell Products
- You can purchase other Honeywell products (Xtralis, Morley, System Sensor and KAC) through Eurofyre.
- Support and Training
- Eurofyre will provide comprehensive SMS product training and technical support.
- Commissioning Tool Licenses
- These will remain accessible through SMS Technical Support.

Pricing
- Honeywell has implemented a slight price increase of approximately 3% across the SenTRI range for 2025.
- For new installations, we encourage you to contact us for project pricing to explore potential cost saving opportunities.
Stock Availability
- We’re actively building up our stock of popular SenTRI products to ensure prompt delivery.
- Your feedback on past purchasing patterns will help us optimise our stock and better serve your needs. If you would like to provide feedback, please email [email protected].

Technical Support
- We’re dedicated to providing comprehensive technical support from the start of 2025.
- Our team is actively learning and developing their SMS expertise to provide you with the best possible support.
Training
- We’re undergoing rigorous training to offer virtual and in-person training sessions for SMS Integrators at our Wickham, Hampshire office.
- We’re actively developing training materials and facilities to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Training is expected to commence in February 2025.
- The Basic Commissioning training course will be offered first. Upon successful completion, engineers will receive the necessary license codes.
Commissioning Tool Licenses
- We’ll work closely with Honeywell to ensure a smooth transition and continued access to commissioning tool licenses. You can request licenses through the usual channels: by phone to SMS Technical Support Level 1 or via email at [email protected].
