OSID

OSID (Open-area Smoke Imaging Detection) is a beam smoke detection technology from Xtralis that uses dual-wavelength optical transmitters and an imager to detect smoke across large open areas. Unlike traditional beam detectors, OSID is highly resistant to false alarms caused by dust and insects, making it well-suited to warehouses, atria, airports, and similar challenging environments.
