For October’s product of the month we would like to bring your attention to the ProFyre A2 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Panel. The ProFyre A2 fire alarm control panel is stylish, compact, easy-to-install and can control 1 or 2 loops with up to 8 zones. Three versions of the A2 panel are available – surface, semi-flush or flush.
ProFyre A2 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Panels are designed to allow commissioning and installation to take place without the need for an external PC connection. This panel is the ideal choice for systems that require simple alarm management and ease of use.
Devices
The ProFyre A2 panel is accompanied by a complete range of ProFyre analogue addressable field devices that have been built on a powerful communication protocol and has been developed to be flexible, reliable and expandable to suit future developments.
Field devices within the ProFyre range are automatically designated to zones during final configuration by virtue of their logical address, with device text being entered using the fully integrated Qwerty keypad.
All ProFyre systems provide an ‘open’ protocol solution meaning the owner will have full control over how the system is managed. Along with this, full support, spare parts, access codes, manuals and software are also provided, regardless of who is assigned to maintain or manage the system – providing third-party suppliers and manufactures the opportunity to produce compatible equipment with the same open protocol.
Wi-Fyre Compatible
Profre A2 Analogue Addressable fire alarm control panels are fully compatible with Eurofyre’s range of wireless devices – Wi-Fyre.
Wi-Fyre combines wireless technology with new or existing hard-wired fire alarm systems, allowing the system designer to integrate wireless devices where necessary.
Approvals
ProFyre A2 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Panels are approved by Intertek for safe installation and use in any European Union country. The panel bears the CE mark to show that it is in compliance with all applicable Directives including EMC, CPR and the Low Voltage Directive (LVD).
Installation
ProFyre A2 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Panels are easy to install and configure, and are the perfect solution for installations that require up to 8 zones, 256 addresses and 2 loops.
The A2 panel can also be installed with fully functioning repeaters to extend the range of the system – supporting a total of 4 repeaters.
Typical Application
ProFyre A2 Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Panels are perfect for application in smaller installations that require straightforward alarm management and ease of use such as in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
