Overview

The KAC AOV Manual Call Point is designed for use with a range of smoke vent panels. When the call point is activated, a signal is sent to the smoke vent control panel to automatic smoke vents.

The KAC AOV Manual Call Point introduces a distinctive ‘plug and play’ concept explicitly aimed at minimising installation time. This innovative approach is tailored to streamline the installation process, thereby contributing to overall cost reduction without compromising the quality or functionality of the system.

KAC AOV Manual Call Points make use of a dedicated terminal block, specifically designed to accommodate the initial installation cabling. This terminal block conveniently connects to the rear of the MCP, eliminating the need for re-termination and saving valuable time during the installation process. 

The MCP range can function as either a break glass or resettable unit. This versatility is achieved by simply changing from one element to another, without the requirement of ordering additional parts or alternative products

Removal of the product lid will result in the call point operating and the system going into alarm.
