Overview
An emergency assistance alarm is a device or system designed to alert others or summon help in case of an emergency situation. This type of alarm is particularly beneficial for elderly individuals or those with medical conditions who may require immediate assistance in case of accidents or health emergencies.
The Crisis Assist Over Door Plate is used to provide a visual and audible warning as to which disabled WC requires assistance.
Available in either a light grey or stainless steel finish, the Crisis Assist Over Door Plate features an LED indicator to provide the visual alert and a high-volume buzzer for the audible alert. It should be mounted either on the ceiling above the door or on the wall of the disabled WC.
Typical Wiring Diagram
For simplicity, all wiring is a standard two core cable, the wiring order of the plates is not fixed and therefore can be wired in any order to provide cable routing flexibility.
The Crisis Assist Over Door Plate can be installed as part of a standalone system via a Crisis Assist Controller or can be integrated in a Crisis EVC system.
