Overview
The Advanced MxPro 5 2-8 Loop Addressable Fire Alarm Panel is fully expandable from 2 to 8 loops and comes with 8 onboard sounder circuits, 20 programmable zonal LEDs with slide-in labels and 25 system LEDs for information purposes.
These addressable fire alarm panels feature the latest dual flash-based microprocessor technology and a high-resolution, high-contrast graphic display. A tactile keypad provides simple select and click programming for engineer configuration and end-user operation.
Powerful cause and effect programming, paired with dynamic zoning and enhanced Trace Diagnostics make the Advanced MxPro 5 2-8 Loop Addressable Fire Alarm Panel suitable for a wide range of small to large multi-area systems.
These fire alarm control panels can be programmed on-site using the onboard keypad or PC-Net configuration software. An extensive suite of Windows-based software provides a variety of programs to deliver configuration, service and virtual panel tools.
Adding a network card to the Advanced MxPro 5 2-8 Loop Addressable Fire Alarm Panel allows it to communicate with any other MxPro 5 / MxPro 4 fire panel, remote terminal, or network peripherals, such as ipGatewayTM or BMS/graphical interface. The network operates as a true peer-to-peer system and can be configured in a fault tolerant loop or radial format.
Providing Loop Power & Full Addressability
The Advanced MxPro 5 2-8 Loop Addressable Fire Alarm Panels have the capability to supply power to a maximum of 6 Wi-Fyre Xenos Translators per loop.
