The Evacuator Synergy Smoke Detector is a key component of temporary wireless fire detection systems, specifically designed to protect construction sites. This completely wireless device seamlessly integrates with the Synergy wireless manual site alarm system, utilising built-in radio frequency technology to interlink with up to 40 other compatible units. Its primary function is to provide effective detection of fast flaming fires.

Designed for indoor, ceiling-mounted installation, the detector operates exclusively on 9V batteries, eliminating the need for any wiring. It offers a robust frequency range, extending to 100m within buildings and up to 400m in open spaces. Upon activation, the smoke detector triggers all other non-detector Synergy site alarms, ensuring a comprehensive alert across the site, although the detector itself does not generate additional alarm noise.

For sustained operational reliability, the device is equipped with crucial low battery and out-of-RF-range warning indicators. The Synergy Smoke Detector adheres to stringent regulatory and safety standards, featuring a category one radio module approved for human life inherent systems and tested to the Radio Equipment Directive (RED).

Further compliance includes the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) directives. It has undergone independent testing to ETSI-300-220-1, the European standard for Short Range Devices, and bears the CE mark, affirming its approval for sale within the EU.
