Overview
The FyreLine J-Lock Clip is a stainless steel fixing designed to secure linear heat detection cable quickly and reliably. It uses a self-locking J-profile that allows the cable to snap into place, creating a firm and consistent hold without the need for tie wraps or secondary restraints. This results in a cleaner installation, reduced plastic use and faster fitting on site.
Unlike a standard J-Clip, which simply supports the cable and often relies on additional ties or fixings to prevent movement, the J-Lock Clip incorporates an integral locking feature. Once the cable is pressed into the clip, it is mechanically retained, reducing the risk of sagging, vibration movement or accidental dislodging over time. The stainless steel construction also provides greater resistance to corrosion and mechanical fatigue compared with basic clips.
