Overview
This single-gang key switch offers safe, controlled isolation of mains power to fire alarm systems. Designed to adhere to the rigorous safety standards of BS5839, this unit provides essential protection during maintenance or emergency situations. By completely cutting off power to the system once the key is removed, it significantly reduces the risk of electrical hazards.
Installation
Install the isolator switch using the provided back box or a standard 15mm box. Drill holes for cable management and take advantage of the 20mm access hole and BESA box fixing holes. Important: Remove the lid before drilling to prevent damaging the internal circuitry.
