Overview

The Wi-Fyre Xenos Wireless Translator module is the main component of the Wi-Fyre Xenos intelligent hybrid fire detection alarm system. When connected to a compatible loop, the Xenos translator module can wirelessly link up to 128 fully intelligent wireless field devices to the fire alarm system.

The translator provides intelligent and seamless integration of wireless devices and standard hardwired devices or can be used independently to form an entirely wireless system.

Xenos ensures the highest levels of fire safety and system reliability using cutting edge wireless technology and a proprietary orthogonal antenna design.

Scalable System Design

Wi-Fyre Xenos Wireless Translators can support up to 128 devices through a total of 15 expanders (8 if using a linear path).

Wireless Range

The point-to-point transmission range for Xenos is over 1km in open air and its antenna technology is tuned for performance across frequencies and environments. Combined with up to 8 expansion hops a Wi-Fyre Xenos system can cover well over 8km.

Loop Powered & Fully Addressable

Wi-Fyre Xenos translators are loop powered and compatible with selected Argus Vega Addressable Control Panels such as the Haes Esprit, Advanced MxPro and Go ranges, all of which are available through Eurofyre.
